Apparently until I stop bullshitting ppl in the tagline I won't get
my hands on to finishing this feature (been 6 months since it was on a
branch).

This messes the old "core/module" paradigm quite a bit, but Box,
while a neat name, was confusing people.

tarantool_box is preserved as the daemon name.

This reverts commit 8dc70aac.

- speed up rebuild by keeping static stuff in www-data
- change the layout and stylesheet
