Открыть в 2.10 символы, необходимые для Tarantool-module

В апстриме закрыли символы, необходимые для работы Tarantool-module.

Так как открытие приводит к поломке регресса нужно открыть только минимально необходимые нам C API в 2.10

Делаем сразу на ветке $(git describe на 2.10)-picodata
Потом на нее ребейзнем нужные патчи и сделаем её default
