2.1. Исключительные права на Продукт и объекты интеллектуальных прав, содержащиеся в Продукте, принадлежат Правообладателю. Исключительные права на объекты интеллектуальных прав, содержащиеся в Продукте, защищены в соответствии с действующим законодательством Российской Федерации, а также положениями настоящего Соглашения.
2.1. Исключительные права на Продукт и объекты интеллектуальных прав, содержащиеся в Продукте, принадлежат Правообладателю. Исключительные права на объекты интеллектуальных прав, содержащиеся в Продукте, защищены в соответствии с действующим законодательством Российской Федерации, а также положениями настоящего Соглашения.
