Preserve the links to the source though

We've decided to fetch it on side of infra ci

Also change the filename generation pattern. Allowed characters are
'a-z', '0-9' and '.', all other are replaced with '_'.

Template changes:
— override: title="{{ lang.t('source') }}" -> title="Репозиторий Picodata"
— override: {{ config.repo_name }} -> GitLab
— add the attributes `target="_blank"` and `rel="noopener"`

Changes:
1. Extract `.icons/icon-mono.svg` from `~picodata-link.html`
2. Rename: partials/~picodata-link.html -> .custom/source-picodata.html
3. Rename: partials/~icon.html -> .custom/icon.html
4. Sync `source-picodata.html` with the template `source.html`
5. Edit `header.html` and `nav.html`
