Added MAKE_BUILD_TYPE=RelWithDebInfoWError option, which means enabling
-DNDEBUG=1, -O2 and -Wall -Wextra -Werror. This ensures we have clean
release build without warnings.

Fixed found -Wunused-variable and -Wunused-parameter warnings.
