Zlib is used in OpenSSL and in libCURL. Besides, we will need it for
lua-zlib. So better define FindZLIB.

Note, `add_library(ZLIB::ZLIB UNKNOWN IMPORTED)` and setting the
corresponding properties in FindZLIB.cmake is needed to build libcurl,
which depends on zlib.
