Fixed warnings from -Wunused-parameter, -Wunused-variable,
-Wunused-but-set-variable.

Fixed -Wsometimes-uninitialized on clang in where.c.

Removed -Wall -Wextra -Werror from SQL CMakeLists.txt, because it is set
by tarantool itself and is redundant.

Fixes #3238.
