libyaml updated to upstream 0.1.6 (hg bce8b60f0b9a) in order to
fix heap overflow in yaml_parser_scan_uri_escapes.

This patch also revert our hack with extra identation of
flow-style sequences and maps at root level:

    setmetatable({10, 15, 20}, { __serialize="seq"})
    now encoded as
    "--- [10, 15, 20]\n...\n"
    instead of
    "---\n[10, 15, 20]\n...\n".

This trick is no more needed because REPL never uses flow mode
at root level.

* In RPM/DEB we introduce new utility - tarantool_ctl (extra/dist/dist.lua)

This patch adds a new implementation of UUID library.
New library generates RFC4122 compatible random-based (version 4)
UUIDs using data from /dev/(u)random. The uuidgen(2) syscall is also
supported on BSD system. `struct tt_uuid` redefined from RFC4122.
Complimentary functions rewrotten to remove dependecy on e2fs libuuid.
Lua bindings refactored to use new library and support all features.

Bring source package and revision control ignore files up to
date with the state of the master branch.

Change cmake minimum required version to 2.8.

Use copy_directory for Sophia and LuaJIT, this should
fix stupid errors when rebuilding after a pull.
Exclude src/trivia/config.h from source install.

* Remove a bogus message at the start of FindLibUUID.cmake.
* Move cluster_add_node to cluster.
* Extract UUID API into a (potentially) platform-independnent header
  tt_uuid.
* Add error codes for error messages used in UUID generation,

A lot of resources still need to be updated (build scripts, etc).

CMake is shipped with broken PosgreSQL script in most distros.
I had to copy this script and patch it to properly support
new versions of PostgreSQL.
