ci: fix sending failure message for fuzzing

Call the `checkout` action with the `path` param to avoid the following
error:

  Error: File was unable to be removed Error: EACCES: permission denied,
  unlink '/home/runner/work/tarantool/tarantool/build-out/csv_fuzzer'
