gitlab-ci: add Ubuntu Focal to S3 list

Found that in commit 'travis-ci/gitlab-ci: add Ubuntu Focal 20.04'
forgot to add Ubuntu Focal to the list of the available Ubuntu
distributions in the script for saving built packages at S3.
