sql: remove obsolete pragmas

Some pragmas turn out to be useless and can't be applied to Tarantool's SQL.
Moreover, couple of them lead to assertion faults.
List or removed pragmas:
- synchronous
- empty_result_callbacks
- WAL_autocheckpoint
- WAL_checkpoint
- secure_delete
- database_list
- data_version
- compile_options
- application_id
- user_version
- pragmas connected with HAS_CODEC macro
- pragmas connected with heap memory managment
