Blueprint 'cmake-based-build' initial commit.

Use CMake to:
- Compile tarantool_silverbox, tarantool_feeder.
- enable ./test-run testing out-of-source
- implement Debug/Release configurations
- add ENABLE_BACKTRACE ENABLE_TRACE and HAVE_BFD switches
- support auto-generated targets
