- Add missing testing for macOS 12:

  - debug, release, and static-cmake builds (aarch64)

- Add testing for macOS 13:
  - debug, release, release-lto, and static-cmake builds (x86_64)
  - debug, release, release-lto, and static-cmake builds (aarch64)
