Test entries on replicaset when {box.cfg.read_only = true}

In the issue #457 (closed) we made a temporary solution to allow write entries when {box.cfg.read_only = true} Now we need to implement test scenario that will ensure the expected behaviour when {box.cfg.read_only = true}
