    Here you split the Batch into the separate dml entries, what's the point of supporting BatchDml in handle_committed_normal_entry, if we don't put the BatchDml into the raft log?

    I think this should just be proposed as a single entry

    алгоритм рафт атомарен только в пределах одной записи

    Каждый отдельный рафт индекс может откатиться при перевыборах. Первых успел собрать кворум, второй нет, выборы выиграл кандидат без второй записи и привет
