List of crates to be published:

tarantool v0.4.2 -> v0.5.0 (because there's a lot of changes)
hlua v0.4.1 -> tlua v0.5.0 (also lot's of changes including breaking ones)
tlua-derive v0.1.0

rename hlua to tlua to avoid conflicts when publishing to crates.io.
