Integrate hlua
Closes #21 (closed)
- add https://gitlab.com/picodata/picodata/hlua as a high-level lua interoperability library
- adapt hlua tests to run under tarantool runtime
- add hlua as a subdirectory to avoid difficulties with CI/deployment
