Research: clarify the list of the authentication methods.

As far as we plan to support PostgreSQL authentication for Sbroad, we need to clarify the list methods we plan to support on the first step. I suspect it would we an md5 or plain text password authentication, but it would be nice to talk to the Application department (@vifley and @kuznetsovin) about their wishes.
