Change String to SmolStr to fit in with sbroad

We have recently replaced String with SmolStr in sbroad to improve performance. As a result, we need to make corresponding changes in picodata as it uses sbroad-core for cluster SQL. This MR introduces changes for compatibility with sbroad.
