Убрать двойные кавычки при выводе информации через SELECT в командах admin/connect

Summary

The thing is that we used to output rows as rmpv::Value which wraps everything as Utf8String and it has printed with double quotes.

Currently added explicit handling of the cell which has String inside

feat: delete double quotes on string cells when output table
